I love the way light reflects of of any Frank Ghery building. I have shot his buildings, in NY, LA, Seattle, and Cleveland. I would love to shoot more of his buildings and use art as the muse form my art. I was giving myself a photo "assignment" to just challenge myself to push my skills. Any skill set is like working out at the gym. The harder you push yourself the stronger more adept you become. The assignment I gave myself was to shoot the Walt Disney Concert Hall with an 80mm fixed lens. Try to find the compositions outside of the normal desire to shoot with a wider lens. In the process I discovered the metal dunes of Frank Ghery.
